The students of NIS Petropavlovsk, dancers from the dance ensemble “Gakku”, once again proved their outstanding talents at the Kazakh national competition in the field of music and choreography “Talents of Kazakhstan”.
The musical and choreographic competition was held at the Akan Sera Regional Philharmonic. Young talents prevailed over other teams, winning two first places and the Grand Prix.
50 dancers embodied on the stage the splendor of the cultural heritage of the Kazakh people and modern choreographic trends, presenting to the jury the Kazakh stylized dances “Rizamyn” and “Karatorgai”, as well as the modern composition “Connection”. Their dedication to dancing, hard work, long rehearsals, self–discipline and responsibility did not go unnoticed – the Gakku dance ensemble twice became a 1st degree laureate and was awarded the highest award – the Grand Prix.
