The traditional book donation campaign “The Book conquers the world” was held at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Petropavlovsk. The event was timed to coincide with the World Book and Copyright Day.
April 23 is the World Book and Copyright Day. A book donation event was held at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Chemistry and Biology in Petropavlovsk. It was attended not only by schoolchildren, but also by teachers and school administration, doctors, IT specialists, technical workers. Children and school staff gave each other both classical works and modern bestsellers in the field of motivation and self-development.
The book is considered the best gift. To motivate students to read books, to introduce young people to a multifaceted spiritual culture, such an event is organized at our school every year. This year, more than 600 students took part in it. Together with them, more than 200 employees of the school also presented books to each other, – shared the school librarian Nurikamal Saiduova.
This event was organized simultaneously in all Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools across the country. The children promised to read the donated works within a month.
I received a very interesting book as a gift. I think my friend will also like my gift. I am sure that this work will find its place on the shelf of my favorite books and I will replenish my knowledge of finance,” said a student of the 8th grade, Shyngys Sergali.
